*Sales Representatives are required to attend two days of initial training.

BASIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

· Evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of hard money loans as well as solicit and market for potential borrowers.

· Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications, collect documents and to answer questions about the process.

· Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.

· Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information.

· Review loan agreement to ensure that they are complete and accurate to policy.

· Submit applications to credit analyst for verification and recommendation.

· Coordinate with other professionals during the process such as lenders, appraisers, inspectors, real estate agents, underwriters etc.

· Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to solve them.

REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in sales.

· Basic computer skills.

· Knowledge of real estate and mortgage loans preferred
