777 ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, LOCATED IN MUSTANG, OKLAHOMA, IS LOOKING TO HIRE A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP GROW ITS BUSINESS. The mission of the job is to sell roofing services in a fashion that represents 777 Roofing and the values it stands for. Results will be measured by number of quarterly/annual sales, client reviews, customer referrals, number of inspections per week, and number of contracts per week. THIS POSITION IS A BASE SALARY (RANGING FROM $30,000 TO $60,000) PLUS COMMISSION, BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL. _2+ YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING SALES IS STRONGLY PREFERRED; AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. The position of Roofing Sales Representative requires that you stay involved with the roofing sales process from beginning to end. Specifically, the job entails:

· Developing positive relationships with customers during the entire roofing process

· Using company software to identify and follow up on new opportunities

· Generating leads by knocking on doors, promoting yourself and the company on social media, and talking to friends, family and neighbors. MUST BE WILLING TO SELF-GENERATE LEADS BY DOOR KNOCKING THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND ON SATURDAYS AS NEEDED.

· Keeping accurate and up to date records in company software

· Converting at least 50% of all leads with actual roof damage

· Physically climbing ladders and inspecting roofs for damage

· Identifying hail damage to roofs, and documenting the damage with photos and an inspection report.

· Creating material and cost estimates

· Successfully understanding and explaining insurance estimates and contracts to the client

· Working with insurance adjusters throughout the process

· Visiting job sites throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. SOME JOBS MAY CARRY OVER, OR BE SCHEDULED ON THE WEEKEND AS NEEDED.

· Being available to receive calls from customers, bosses, and/or team members

· Asking for client feedback, reviews, and referrals

· Follow up on loose ends, dead files and more.

· You must have a good driving record and be able to pass a background check for a Solicitor's Permit.

Strong communication skills and strong computer skills are a must. Bilingual is a big plus! 2+ YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING SALES IS STRONGLY PREFERRED; AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.__.
