POSITION OVERVIEW 

The 80 Acres “Fresh Team” is a dynamic team of active, outgoing, and knowledgeable individuals, who are passionate about the 80 Acres brand and healthy lifestyle. We are looking to drive brand awareness and trial, one tomato at a time, through strategic in-store retail demos and events. Our goal is to create a memorable connection with the consumer that will drive loyalty. We entrust our employees to become world-class experts at what they do and are committed to cultivating the leader in each person that joins us. We are seeking an individual with high energy, attention to detail, time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a flexible schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Become a credible product and brand expert; understand what we do, how we grow, and be able to answer questions
• Be the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities at multiple locations
• Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with consumers and staff.
• Interface with store management and operators during demos and events
• Be the team player that works well with other team members to deliver sampling goals
• Identify future sampling and/or event opportunities to convey to the marketing manager
• Willing to take ownership of sampling activations and work with marketing manager to ensure successful execution
• Provide detailed post-event report of consumer interactions and feedback, sales performance and status of 80 Acres Farms presence in stores (stock on shelves, display locations, etc.)
• Ensure 80 Acres products are represented on-shelf as just-picked fresh with the highest quality standards

• Safe and reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule – must be able to work Saturday and Sunday day shifts
• Must be available to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month
• Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs of product
• ABILITY TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OF 12- 16 HOURS PER WEEK.  OPPORTUNITY FOR UP TO 30 HOURS PER WEEK.  WE WILL WORK WITH YOUR AVAILABILITY.

REPORTS TO: Brand Ambassador Supervisor INTERNAL LEVEL/BAND:  Hourly STARTING RATE: $15.50
