We are an Urbandale based real estate investment company that buys houses fast for cash, and we are one of the premier investors in the Des Moines area. We generate leads through direct mail, online marketing, strategic joint venture partners, and we buy properties from real estate agents and distressed sellers. So here's the deal. I'm looking for a couple hungry and coachable people that I can turn into stellar salespeople. No sales experience? Doesn't matter to me. Know nothing about real estate? That's cool. Neither did I before I figured out this biz. Pretty comfortable in your current JOB and don't care to work any harder? Cool. Now you know. Please don't apply. This is a 100% Commission position. Sound scary? Good. Nothing worthwhile comes without believing in yourself and that's what this role requires. Expectation in year 1 is $50,000. Qualifications: AND HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Must have a great attitude and be coachable. • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written). • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented. • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” that wants to serve and add value. • Must be somewhat tech-savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as Google Apps and Microsoft Office. Compensation: $50,000+
