    We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Enter client information into the CRM, draft and submit appropriate documentation to the attorney, title company, broker, and accounting for compliance and to keep track of transaction activity • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules, contacting buyers, sellers, agents, and attorneys  • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Prepare listing documents, MLS listing profiles, and the showing platform. Schedule cleaners, photographers, and furniture staging when necessary • Compile data for reporting and give a daily update on each property under contract • Track and monitor the success of marketing programs Qualifications: • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skill • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • High level of organization • Rigorous attention to detail • Ability to accurately manage and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent Phone Skills. Must not be afraid of having challenging conversations over the phone • Advanced proficiency with Internet Tools • Positive and strong personality (ie not a push-over) • Strong desire to execute a system of processes and procedures and improve when necessary • Excel or Google Sheets experience • No Real Estate experience Needed or Preferred Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
