Responsibilities: • Manage and develop client relationships to ensure future transactions • Correspond with lenders, builders and real estate agents, as needed Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 3 years recent California re-sale escrow experience • Must have RBJ Escrow Software experience • Experience including processing all areas of escrow, working up loan documents, coordinating fundings with lenders and processing closings required  Would need to pass background check with Department of Business Oversight (DBO) and Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation (EAFC). This process takes place after hiring. Employment subject to approval of DBO and EAFC Compensation: $50,000 potential based on experience
