    805 Escrow, Inc is currently looking for a Business Development Rep to add to our growing team. We have an open territory which is very rare in this industry! We service Ventura to San Diego! Team-Oriented office with a focus on employee growth and support. Must have existing relationships and current business with realtors/lenders. Our company strives to support each team member's goals and give them the tools, guidance, and assistance they need to achieve them! This opportunity also offers the following: • Very Competitive Salary + Commission • Awesome medical benefits • 401k • Amazing Team members and support • Tons of room for growth! • Awesome Team Happy Hours :) Responsibilities: • Locate real estate brokers through multi-faceted approaches including Social Media and Email Campaigns with the support of our in-house marketing team. • Consistently lead generate, follow up, and maintain database of new, current, and potential clients. • Represent the company at tradeshows, events, networking/ education mixers, and educational events. • Always maintain communication with Escrow Officers in order to problem solve, communicate updates to clients, and ensure repeat business. Qualifications: • 2 + years of experience in sales/business development, specific to title or escrow. • Client-focused mentality with great people skills and ability to solve problems. • Strong negotiation skills and proven client retention. • Proven ability to close deals with happy clientele. • Have excellent "people reading" skills Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
