Join our 805 Law Group today and play a pivotal role in helping individuals transition to the next chapter of their lives Responsibilities: • Prepare and review pleadings, motions, legal papers, and other relevant documentation • Offer legal counsel, advice, and assistance to clients • Participate in legal negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings • Ensure accuracy and completeness in managing client files • Implement technology to enhance legal processes and increase efficiency • Maintain a professional demeanor and communication in courtroom settings • Collaborate with colleagues, court staff, and opposing counsel Qualifications: • Must have an active California Bar Admission • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to take initiative • Exhibits exceptional client service skills • Proficient in drafting Petitions, Pleadings, Financial Affidavits, Declarations, and Intake • Possesses excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Judicial Council Forms • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage deadlines effectively • Ability to multitask and maintain professional interactions • Be able to adapt rapidly, and function effectively under pressure Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly
