    We are a fast-growing North County Law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team and assist with our expanding number of Family Law Clients. Bilingual is a plus. BENEFITS: • Employer Contribution Health Insurance • Paid Vacation Days • California Paid Sick Leave • Employer matched 401k OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Benefit Conditions: • Waiting period may apply • Only full-time employees eligible Work remotely • No Responsibilities: • Keep MCLE Credits up to Date • Client Intake • Timekeeping • Conducting Legal Research Independently • Draft Briefs, Discovery, Financial Disclosures, Motions, Memoranda and Responses • Correspond with Clients, Courts, Experts, Opposing Counsel, Opposing Party and other Services • Organize and Manage Client Files • File Forms with Court using Odyssey eFile CA • Meet Filing Deadlines • Provide Outstanding Customer Service to our Clients Qualifications: • Paralegal Certification • MCLE Accredited • Proficient with Judicial Council Forms, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, MyCase and Odyssey e-File CA • Strong Research, Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Experience Drafting Petitions, Complex Pleadings, Financial Affidavits and Discovery • Organized, Multi Tasked and Detail Oriented • Works Well under Pressure and Deadlines • Takes Initiative while Working Independently and also Work as Part of a Team • Strong Customer Service Skills and the Ability to Interact with Clients and Coworkers Professionally Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
