Our client is an exponentially growing tech start-up. They have an amazing culture & feature, and are looking for an equally amazing UI/UX designer to join their San Francisco team.

Responsibilities:

Manage design workflow and timelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects

Show desire to iterate on design, while having the ability to finish a project on time

Drive a passion about UX work and stay on top of UX / UI trends and tools

Ability to communicate design effectiveness and efficiency at project team meetings

Lead multiple interactive projects and generate design through the use of appropriate tools, resources and processes

Deliverables: Wireframes of screens, storyboards

Tools of the trade: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Fireworks, InVision

Quaifications:

A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must

Saas, Ecommerce, or similar experience

4-year degree in Art, Design, Human Factors, Interaction, Graphic or Interface Design

Experience designing for the social web, design patterns, rich Internet applications and delivery methodologies

A passion for being the voice of the user and a proven track-record building user-centric solutions.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Online portfolio displaying a firm understanding of user-centered design processes and information architecture 

A creative, senior-level visual designer with mastery in digital site design. 

4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, User Experience Designer, or similar role. 

Well-versed in visual design fundamentals, typography, color theory and UI principles.

Understanding and experience with concepts of HTML and CSS.
