Job Description
We are working with a highly-rated and rapidly growing L.A. media publishing agency. They are now looking to grow their sales team with an accomplished and driven sales leader at the helm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with planning, buying, and strategy teams at both the brand level and agency level
- Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers at all levels of agencies and brands within territory
- Operate as a “player/coach” to the team – build, manage, motivate, train and develop the sales team and evolve GTM strategy
- Generate RFP opportunities
- Seek out new opportunities through evangelizing the brand and offerings
- Create and pitch proposals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachleor's Degree or equivalent
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong background of digital media sales in both large media companies as well as startup atmospheres (8+ years, at least one as a VP)
- Thorough understanding of the online video and social marketplace
- Book of client-side and agency relationships
- Thorough understanding of video content and production
- Willingness to travel as needed
