    We are looking for a skilled, proactive, independent SharePoint Developer who can developing from scratch, and implement SharePoint-based solutions to meet our Company's needs. This position requires strong background in SharePoint development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

    Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using best practices and industry standards.

    Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.

    Develop custom web parts, features, and applications using SharePoint development tools and technologies.

    Perform SharePoint configuration and administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and site settings.

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications, features, and functionality.

    Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

    Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to other developers to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and industry trends.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, working with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online.

    Strong knowledge of SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell scripting.

    Proficiency in SharePoint customization using web parts, workflows, event receivers, and client-side development (JavaScript, jQuery, REST API).

    Experience with SharePoint branding and customization using HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Designer.

    Familiarity with SharePoint administration tasks, such as user management, permissions, and site configuration.

    Knowledge of SharePoint search configuration and customization is a plus.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

    Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
