JOB TITLE : Busser
L OCATION: Omaha, NE
REPORTS TO : The Busser will report to the Founders Club Manager.
JOB OVERVIEW
Bussers support other team members by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and glasses, while bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. Bussers restock necessary items, such as silverware, water pitches, and wash dishes. Suitable candidates should be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills. Bussers must work well in a fast-paced environment and keep up with things during our busiest times of the day. The Busser will be responsible for clearing tables as soon as customers leave the restaurant
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
We are striving to bring the membership driven dining experience to new heights: one plate, one drink and one moment at a time. Memorable experiences are created here together. Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Alert servers when tables need attention.
Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves.
Carry loads of soiled dishes to be cleaned.
Assist with washing dishes.
Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours.
Assist with necessary side work, including but not limited to polishing and wrapping silverware, filling salt and pepper shakers, polishing glassware, sanitizing and resetting tables.
Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and move quickly.
A dedication to teamwork.
Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays.
