    We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator for Class A and B properties. Looking for a top-notch A- Team Player to join our team. Must be willing to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate our maintenance requests from our residents on a daily basis. Work closely with our owners, residents, outside vendors, and our in-house maintenance department. Must have strong customer service skills and be detail-oriented. Requirements: • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Must have knowledge of general maintenance terminology • Class A & B conventional apartment management experience is a plus • Professional appearance and communication skills • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating people • Must have knowledge of property management software • Ensure that 901 Real Estate Services core values are being portrayed to create a positive customer experience for residents Responsibilities: • Inspect rental properties to make sure they are rent-ready • Perform emergency maintenance and repairs as needed • Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs at the rental properties • Work closely with vendors on a daily basis • Monitor and replenish supplies and inventory in rental properties • Invoice owners for repairs • Work closely with the bookkeeper • Oversee our in-house technician and schedule his daily appts • Coordinate repairs with residents and vendors Qualifications: • Must have a top-notch customer service skill set • Maintenance terminology is a plus • Computer knowledge is a must • Familiar with Property Management Software Compensation: $46,000 - $48,000
