Property Management - Showing Agent - Part Time We are in need of a Part-Time Showing Agent to join our successful team! This person is versed in seeking out and pre-qualifying clients for rental homes and apartments. You will be responsible for showing prospective tenants our properties. The majority of appts will be set for you. Must have a flexible schedule Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Your responsibility will be to show the properties and provide feedback to our company after each showing. If a prospective tenant wants to make an application you will direct them to our website to make an application and/or text them a link. Our property manager will take it from that point. Compensation: $25 per showing plus a $50 bonus for each property you lease Responsibilities: • Must have great customer service skill set • Sales experience is a plus • Must have reliable transportation • Must be familiar with all areas of town • Must be tech-savvy Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Compensation: $25 per showing + bonuses
