We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the supervising broker and carry out administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a liaison between the broker and clients and be responsible for screening and conveying relevant messages. You will also be responsible for the safe-keeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with our Property Management Division. Candidates should be quick problem solvers, extremely organized, and have some experience in a relevant field. Must have knowledge of working with websites and Facebook marketing. Responsibilities: Duties Include but are not limited to: • Enter real estate listing information into several different computer programs • Real estate file creation and management • Communication with clients and attorney • Coordinating inspection and client closing appointments • Creation of all company social media content • Creation and maintenance of all company advertising • Photo editing for real estate listings • Maintain company website • Compliance of brokerage’s agent transactions • Monitor company CRM’s • Maintain and update client databases • Organize company events • Photography Qualifications: Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar Real estate experience preferred but not required Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner • Knowledge of Google Chrome and using Google Search • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or Adobe CC)Graphic Design such as social media posts, postcards, newsletters, business proposals Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 yearly
