We continue our dynamic growth by actively seeking ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES for our portfolio of digital and print media. This position is a remote role! Work at the office may be required on an as needed basis.

As an ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE you are responsible for selling advertising in our magazines and digital media, both regional and national. You would be responsible for sales goals on several projects simultaneously while being part of a dynamic team. Overall success is measured by your ability to break new business accounts and renew your advertisers’ programs.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary. We are looking for someone who is eager to identify, foster and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers, to sell targeted advertising solutions across 911MEDIA’s portfolio of digital and print, national and regional media portfolio. You will need to generate leads, identify prospects and penetrate organizations to the highest levels every day.

• You have a thorough background in advertising and digital media with the ability to influence media strategy.
• You have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You have an excellent consultative selling approach that generates new business, while managing active clients as well.
• You have media sales experience; print and digital sales experience a plus.
• You have a strong background in advertising and media planning/buying; must be able to influence media strategy.
• You have a compelling and persuasive communication style.
• You have a proven track record of achievement.
• You are computer software proficient.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and close business for digital and print with new clients.
• Conduct client meetings at senior level to build and maintain relationships.
• Articulate a deep understanding of each of our products and solutions in order to present opportunities to help clients grow business through our consultative selling.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of client and marketplace, and leverage prior experience and service acumen.
• Cross-platform/integrated advertising sales experience
• Deep client/agency relationships
• Strong sales development skills to break new accounts
• Exceptional prospecting skills
• Exemplary interpersonal, technical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with pipeline management and forecasting
• Ability to prioritize goals and re-orient priorities in a fluid, dynamic sales environment
