Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in senior living sales leadership, preferably in a multi-site or regional role

• Experience supporting Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred

• Proven track record of driving occupancy growth and achieving sales targets

• Strong understanding of senior living market dynamics, referral development, and community marketing strategies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to community Sales Directors and sales teams across multiple communities

• Support the development and execution of regional sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth

• Monitor occupancy trends, lead generation, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with Executive Directors and operational leadership to align sales initiatives with community goals

• Assist in developing relationships with regional referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations

• Implement sales training programs, best practices, and performance improvement initiatives across the region
