Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior living operations leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-site role

• Experience supporting Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred

• Proven track record of improving operational performance, resident satisfaction, and financial outcomes

• Strong knowledge of senior living regulations, compliance requirements, and operational best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and leadership across multiple senior living communities within the region

• Support Executive Directors and community leadership teams to ensure strong operational performance

• Monitor financial performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio

• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement operational strategies and performance initiatives

• Lead operational improvement initiatives and support best practice implementation across communities

• Foster strong relationships with regional leaders, community teams, residents, and families
