Hospice Liaison

Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are conducting a search for a Hospice Liaison for a growing hospice provider in the Denver, CO market.

This role is designed for a sales professional who can develop referral relationships, drive admissions, and contribute to the growth of a growing branch. The position offers the opportunity to step into a flexible territory with strong leadership support and make a meaningful impact on market growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community partners
• Represent and educate the community on hospice services and eligibility
• Manage assigned territory and execute growth strategies in partnership with leadership
• Collaborate with intake, admissions, and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
• Track activity and performance through CRM and territory planning tools
• Contribute to a high-performance, ethical sales culture focused on patient-centered outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales
• Hospice, home health, or post-acute sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of sales performance and relationship development
• Established relationships within the local healthcare community (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill
• Experience managing a territory and using CRM systems
