Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
• Drive census growth and financial performance in alignment with ownership expectations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead, develop, and retain department heads and frontline staff
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and resident satisfaction
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Ohio
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Proven track record of operational success, including census and financial performance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
• Effective leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to operate independently and drive results in a competitive market
