Chasing Your Dreams ABA is a local company owned and operated by a BCBA. We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person services for learners in the Triad and Davidson County area of North Carolina. Position Summary
The BCBA will provide in-person only, working directly with learners and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role focuses on protocol modification, caregiver collaboration as appropriate, technician coaching, treatment integrity, and clinical decision-making. Fast Facts

Ideal for a BCBA looking to supplement their current caseload
In-person services only
Responsibilities
Conduct adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification (97155)
Provide live supervision and coaching to BTs/RBTs
Modify treatment plans based on learner progress and clinical observations
Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
Ensure implementation fidelity of behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers as appropriate
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
Credentialed with NCTracks/NC Medicaid (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Current CPR certification (preferred)
What We Offer
Competitive hourly contract rate: Pay: $95–$110 per hour, based on experience. Mileage reimbursement available for travel between client locations.
