    We are looking to add a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team!

    At 9Round Appleton our mission is to empower our clients to become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of themselves that they can be through motivation, education, and our commitment to lead by example.

    Core Job Responsibilities:

    Administrative Duties: (payroll, data entry, scheduling, and other office-related tasks)

    Customer Service (you’ll be on the front lines answering phone calls and emails)

    Client Accountability (working closely with our incredible members to make sure they are attending class and doing everything they need to be doing to reach their goals).

    Overdeliver to our clients and prospective clients

    Maintain a supportive, fun and comfortable environment for our clients.

    Qualifications:

    Detailed-oriented and highly organized!

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Must LOVE working with people and is passionate about helping people reach their goals.

    Great technical skills and open to learning about new systems and technologies.

    Proficiency in Google Docs, social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, is required.

    Knowledge of graphic design and marketing softwares are a huge plus.

    Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

    Is a great problem solver!

    We're looking for the perfect person to work closely with our team to keep our operations running smooothly, handle administrative tasks such as billing and data entry, design graphics and schedule posts to social media to promote our business, and perform customer service tasks.
