JOB DESCRIPTION

The Personal Accountability Coach (PAC) shows initiative with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. PAC leads by example, and eagerly embraces 9Round's vision to create the best member experience possible. This role offers flexible schedule, would require you to spend time at our 9Round studios, and portion of the responsibilities can be done away from the studios.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule introductory 1-on-1 workout sessions and follow-up to ensure prospects are well taken care.

Ensure personal attention is provided during every introductory 1-on-1 workout session with high energy.

Ensure the gym is kept clean and equipments organized and in working order prior to each introductory 1-on-1 workout session.

Sell memberships with a focus on total revenue brought in each month.

Personalized and engaging lead generation/re-generation and follow up to convert prospects into members.

Maintain excellent customer service with current members, follow up with them to keep them engaged with our 9Round Family, and cultivate member referrals.

Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.

Resolve past due memberships.

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of 9Round Certified Trainer Program

Training experience for personal or group fitness

Sales experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet established goals

Clear and articulate communication skills

Efficient time management skills

Current CPR/AED certification

High school diploma

Computer literacy, experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets is a plus.

Physical effort required to carry out daily duties such as lifting supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50lbs.
