JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the owner and manager, the sales rep is responsible for the new membership sales process. Weekly hours ranging from 20-40. Pay at $14/hour plus commission for all new sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
Selling
Sell memberships with a focus on total new members brought in each month
Achieve monthly sales goals established with owner
Perform first time workouts with prospects.
Develop and execute monthly marketing plans with owner, within a monthly budget, which may include the following, or others: Trade Shows, Health Fairs, Business to Business relationships, corporate partnerships
Personalized and engaging lead generation/re-generation and follow up to convert prospects into members
Maintain excellent customer service with current members, follow up with them to keep them engaged with our 9Round Family, and cultivate member referrals
Manage the sales process via all forms of communication: in person, phone, email, text, social media, etc.
Attend Monthly Team meetings and weekly meetings with owner
Member Retention
Complete profile of new members
Perform 2nd workout with new members and review membership benefits
Follow-up with new members during their initial 30 days
Handoff to training staff
Training
Ability to run the training circuit for coverage
REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills and education:
Completion of 9Round Certified Trainer Program (provided during onboarding)
Completion of all 9Round Corporate Training Modules (provided during onboarding)
Training experience for personal or group fitness
Sales experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet established goals
Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
Clear and articulate communication skills
Efficient time management skills
Computer literacy
Physical effort required to carry out daily duties such as lifting supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50lbs.
Flexible schedule and available to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Preferred:
Degree in related field (ex: Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Management)
Current national training certification
Bachelor's degree
Current CPR/AED certification
