TRAINING

The personal attention provided during a 9Round workout requires high energy. Being a "People person" helps!

Training involves explaining and demonstrating exercises in a manner that provides the best workout each and every time, while motivating the members to reach their goals.

We have a comprehensive program to train the trainers from the ground up. Most are up and running in under a week, and you will be paid during training. A good attitude, health orientation and desire to help others is 95% of it! We can train the rest!

SELLING

The first 9Round workout is always free. Trainers work together to convert the first time workouts into members of 9Round Nation.
