I have a small (1000 sq ft) kickboxing studio right on El Camino Real that is available mornings before 8 am, at lunch time, afternoons from 2-4 and evenings after 8. Most weekend time is available as well.

The space is open, heated, has full rubber mats with windows on one side and mirrors on the other. Lighting is pleasant (tracklights on edges, hue lighting down center with ceiling fans) and the studio is decorated and interesting.

I am looking for yoga or other fitness class instructor(s) who understand the business, has experience and would like to supplement their income. If you know the business, you could rent the space/time from me and do it yourself. OR if you just want to come in and teach, I am happy to do the marketing, sell the mat space and pay you per session (base a per mat bonus).
