Locally owned and operated 9Round Kickboxing at 27th and Old Cheney is looking for an individual to join our growing team as a Membership Sales, Marketing, Promotion and Branding Specialist. Be a part of the top Kickboxing club in the world. The best of the best train here.

The ideal candidate is someone that is passionate about PEOPLE AND FITNESS. This role could be titled a "Relationship Specialist" as that is truly what this will role encompasses! Success will be measured by current member retention as well as new member acquisition. ANY AND ALL creative ideas that can help us achieve results in both of those key categories are prime for discussion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 9Round Social Media Presence (Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat and others) by creating content and videos that build brand loyalty and increase exposure to all potential demographics.

Design marketing plans within a monthly budget which may include the following or others

Trade Shows

Health Fairs

Business to Business relationships

Corporate partnerships

Develop and execute a monthly marketing and promotion plan

Follow up with both cold and warm leads currently in our database of prospects in an effort to convert to members

Manage the relationship and follow up with current members to keep them engaged with our 9Round Family

Requirements

Education or Hands On experience with creating and branding social media content

Comfortable closing sales by building relationships and selling the value of 9Round

Must be comfortable creating videos and content in a gym setting

Creative thinking and ability to execute a formal marketing plan

Comfortable communicating with all demographics by all avenues (face to face, phone calls, text, email, social media, group settings, etc.)

Develop new business and marketing opportunities while fostering the relationship with current members

Must be available to be in the gym building relationships with members a set number of hours each week

A creative / outgoing personality is a key ingredient for this role

This role will be compensated with an hourly wage but will also receive a bonus structure for performance.
