We are looking for 20 new to mid-level loan consultants to fill out our team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be client-oriented; possess strong analytical skills, generate your own business, and be able to understand how to leverage the 9x brands to increase your book of business. Candidates must possess good judgement, be detail oriented, reliable, and honest.

This role is full time in our Westminster CO Office off Hwy 36 and Sheridan. 9x will give you 100% support to do your job to the fullest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a supportive referral network (e.g. with clients, lenders, attorney’s, real estate agents and the 9x divisions)
• Collect financial information
• Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan
• Interview Clients
• Guide Clients through mortgage loan options
• Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications
• Inform clients about loan approval or rejection
• Help resolve problems with applications and loan conditions
• Research new mortgage loan guidelines and loan products
• Ensure regulatory compliance

REQUIREMENTS

• An active Mortgage Loan Officer license is a must
• 1-3 Years of experience as a mortgage loan officer preferred
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is an asset
• Must be coachable and have the desire to grow
• Have an interest in growing your own team
• Working knowledge of Calyx Point
• Ability to handle confidential information
