    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    A Commercial Sales Representative will play a key in role in helping the company meet growth objectives selling custom product solutions, providing exceptional service, targeting new customers, and maintaining existing relationships This position will work with sales, operations, and administrative team members to ensure customer expectations are meet in a timely fashion. This role also requires that you quickly absorb, retain, and continuously develop product knowledge to contribute to the success of the position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement territory business plans to deliver quarterly & annual sales goals
    • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
    • Determine competitive market pricing for quotations
    • Provide timely Quotations/Proposals to customer within 48hrs
    • Support Team members with all customers
    • Prospect new accounts utilizing HubSpot (CRM software), cold calling, e-marketing (email, social media)
    • Responsible for completion of the selling process (quotation, customer communication, measurements, $ collection, delivery/install)

    ·       Post Equipment for Sale online utilizing Craiglist, eBay, etc…

    • Follow up with existing/previous customers monthly with equipment offers
    • Work with Operations on custom orders to ensure accuracy of specifications, costs, and timely delivery
    • Ensure equipment purchase orders are placed with Administrative Asst for timely delivery
    • Responsible for developing product knowledge and to increase sales opportunities.

    ·       Greet and assist retail customers as they shop for new products

    ·       Answer and respond timely to all customer calls and for inquiries, sales, and troubleshooting

    ·       Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to provide customers with premium solutions

    ·       Develop products knowledge to troubleshoot issues with customers and provide solutions

    ·       Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management

     

    DAILY EXPECTATIONS

    ·       Office Hours: 8a - 4p

    ·       Sales Representatives are expected to work in the office daily unless meeting with customers or on delivery/install

    ·       Sales Representatives may be asked to work outside of office hours if necessary, to meet with or entertain customers or engage in training as needed.

    ·       Check-in with management routinely with sales plans, updates, and issues
