    Job Responsibilities:

    • TOP SECRET clearance required (ACTIVE & FINAL)
    • DoD IAT Level II Certification REQUIRED
    • Latest BMC Remedy Accredited Certification REQUIRED
    • Support all tiers of the BMC Remedy System architecture.
    • Deploy custom developed and third-party BMC Remedy applications.
    • Document BMC Remedy System configurations and architecture.
    • Manage site quotas and file size limits.
    • Manage content databases and create new databases as required.
    • Manage structure and content of BMC Remedy System.
    • Provide BMC Remedy System support to end-users.
    • Manage and report on the overall server health and functionality .
    • Monitor and manage BMC Remedy System disk space usage.
    • Analyze and report on BMC Remedy System usage and activity.
    • Review events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance Monitor.
    • Review, clean-up, manage and configure BMC Remedy System accounts and sites.
    • Analyze BMC Remedy System content and storage.
    • Monitor and report on BMC Remedy System trends to include site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth.
    • Set up alerts and enforce usage policies. Write documentation in regards to administration, maintenance, structure, and user permissions for BMC Remedy System.
    • Manage user permissions for BMC Remedy System. Have familiarity with RMF, write parts of POA&M, and continually update SSP.
    • Program or script in Java, C, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and Bash within and outside of the BMC Remedy System.
    • Create, manage, administrate SQL database if required. Create, manage, update, and troubleshoot programs that query and push data to a SQL database, XML file, and/or a data warehouse including Microsoft CRM.
    • Backup and restore BMC Remedy System in high availability operations if required. Perform vulnerability and risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
    • Provide technical support to the IA Cell to develop and maintain command IA processes and procedures regarding command's computer network defense in-depth protection for the command enterprise.
    • Perform and support updates to and maintenance of the POA&Ms for the command Enterprise.
    • Support development of RMF Security Plans.
    • Document changes to systems and all required checklists for use within the configuration baseline.
    • Implement and integrate IA defense postures to command's communications systems and architectures when coordinated or immediately upon being directed to secure reported cyber threats from the appropriate level of authority.
    • Provide Tier II level support for all platforms as needed.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience leading teams
    • Oversight of projects
    • Interfacing with government leadership
    • Deploying new solution
    • Understanding DoD requirement
    • Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance
    • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required

    CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
    • BMC Accredited Administrator in IT Service Management
    • BMC Accredited Administrator in Remedy AR System
    • IAT Level II certification
