Responsibilities

· Running diagnostic tests on equipment

· Perform preventative maintenance

· Repair lighting, brake & hydraulic systems

· Ensuring work orders are done in a timely manner

· Maintain Cleanliness of the shop area

· Must be able to lift 50lbs or more without assistance· Complete all maintenance duties as assigned, and repair all equipment on property including, but not limited to, diesel, plant or yard equipment

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1-3 years truck-trailer repair experience preferred (will train right candidates if entry-level)

· Able to perform diagnosis. (Cummins Insight, DDDL, Bendix, Eaton a Plus)

· Basic Diesel Mechanical experience required.

. Ability to Self-start and work independently of others.

· Class C Driver's License is required; Class B is a plus.

· Familiar with shop safety protocols.

· Perform and complete repairs in a timely manner.

· Basic Knowledge of BIT & DOT regulations.

· Ability to work full-time and overtime hours.

· High School diploma Preferred

· Climb ladders to 12 feet height.
