    Summary

    As a valued member of our team, the Payroll Clerk will compile and record employee time and payroll data. may compute employees' time worked, production and commissions. May also compute and post wages and deductions or prepare paychecks.     ***THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION, WITH HOURS AS FOLLOWS: MONDAY - WEDNESDAY 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM & THURSDAY 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM ***

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including the following; other duties may be assigned)

    Enter payroll data into the payroll system.

    Review, edit, and calculate hours of work.

    Contact various department supervisors for any missed times, corrections, etc.

    Review and enter AB213 earnings into the payroll system.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience

    High School Diploma or GED

    Two years of office/clerical experience.

    Payroll experience is a plus.

    Preferred Education/Experience

    AA Degree in business.

    Two to four years of payroll experience.

    ADP experience.

    LCP Tracker experience.

    EMars Experience

    Language Skills

    Candidate must have effective communication skills in the English language in both written and verbal form.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Travel

    No travel is expected for this position.
