    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering inbound customer calls, responding to online customer inquiries, outbound calls, email and texting Scheduling free estimates and conducting confirmation calls Managing schedules and communicating dispatch details to our team of technicians Following up with customers to ensure service was completed to their satisfaction, that their invoices have been paid, and to request an online review Managing invoices in Quickbooks, following up on unpaid invoices Maintaining office operations in an organized and effective way

    • Answer and take incoming and outgoing calls, email, texting
    • Handle Pressure
    • Wear many hats
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • ADDITIONAL BONUSES and COMMISSIONS Earned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    3-5 Years Experience on the above and below tasks

    Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer service Highly detail-oriented, you can always be counted on to follow-through Positive attitude and a constant willingness to solve problems and pitch in where needed Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel is a plus AA Degree is not required but encouraged Typing Filing Data Entry Saturday Schedule Purchase Requisitions
