Represent escrow officer during the closing process in client, title company insurance representative, loan officer, insurance company representatives, escrow officers, and team members, and real estate agents communications
Read all contracts, commitments, and lender closing instructions to complete them in a timely fashion to ensure escrow closing
Manage clerical and administrative duties on the escrow officer’s behalf to complete escrow transactions and necessary follow-up requests
Oversee proper accounting procedures are used when depositing and removing earnest money funds and final disbursement from the escrow account
Ensure closing documents, such as settlement statements, escrow files, and closing statements, are completed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the field
Know how to process payments, order demands (payoffs),
Have knowledge about solar panels, how to transfer agreements, and deal with liens
Have knowledge with HOA Documents
Have experience with lenders payment (lenders considerations, title terms, estimates and title documents
Exceptional problem solving, customer service, time management, and communications skills
Microsoft office experience required, escrow software experience in SMS
Clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties experience required
