Job Description
A Better Tomorrow Education is a devoted educational company providing tutoring services for children throughout California. We are seeking qualified individuals who can assist students in Grade levels K-5th in both Language Arts and Mathematics. Tutors will be required to service students at the Eisenhower Elementary School Site in the city of Garden Grove, Monday through Friday from 3-5PM.
Responsibilities
- Tutors are responsible for providing students with assistance and to help understand concepts/ complete assignments. All materials and student curriculum will be provided to our tutors by the school site and A Better Tomorrow Education.
- Tutors will be responsible for instructing lessons to a small group of 3-5 students at a time.
- Tutors must provide students with positive and constructive feedback when appropriate.
- A monthly and final progress report is to be completed for each student by their assigned tutor and daily attendance will also be taken for each child.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 3 P.M.-5 P.M.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
