Role Description:
A Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized services to designated pediatric clients within their homes. Duties include conducting evaluations, formulating treatment plans, executing interventions, and monitoring progress towards set goals. Effective collaboration with fellow professionals, caregivers, and patients/families is paramount for seamless care coordination and the development of appropriate goals and discharge plans.
Key Details for the Chosen Candidate:
As an Occupational Therapist with us, you'll have the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor position. Our company serves patients across Arizona. We'll collaborate closely to connect you with clients in your local vicinity, ensuring you're comfortable with your caseload. Please Note: You will be driving to a clients home and providing quality service within the state of Arizona. Qualifications:
Experience in patient care and home care
Proficiency in appointment management, documentation, and record-keeping
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and associated interventions
Experience in pediatric occupational therapy
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Article 9 training
CPR Certification
Current AHCCCS ID or willingness to obtain one
