Role Description:
A Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our esteemed team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy services to pediatric clients within their homes. This includes conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and tracking progress towards communication goals. Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and families is essential for ensuring holistic care and maximizing outcomes for our clients.
Key Details for the Chosen Candidate:
As a Speech Therapist with us, you'll have the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor position. Our company serves pediatric clients all over the state of Arizona. We'll collaborate closely to connect you with clients in your local vicinity, ensuring you're comfortable with your caseload. Please Note: You will be driving to a clients home and providing quality service within the state of Arizona. Plus, with opportunities for leadership development and professional growth, your journey with us is limitless!
Qualifications:
Experience in pediatric speech therapy and home care settings
Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, caregivers, and fellow professionals
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of various communication disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Article 9 training
CPR Certification
Current AHCCCS ID or willingness to obtain one
