A Better Tomorrow Therapy is a pediatric home health agency located in Phoenix, AZ. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and feeding therapy to children aged 3-21 who have been diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, and Intellectual Disabilities. We are contracted with the Division of Developmental Disabilities and accept both private insurance and cash payments from clients. Our treatment approach is person-centered, and we prioritize the appreciation and appropriate compensation of our therapists so that we can continue to serve the state of Arizona.

Role Description

A Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively looking for Therapists to become part of our team. We have openings for Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists. Each new Therapist will be responsible for providing services to designated pediatric clients in their homes. Specifically, the Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress towards goals. The selected candidate will also interact with other professionals, caregivers, and patients/families for effective care coordination and to develop appropriate goals and discharge plans.

Key Details for the Chosen Candidate to Note:

We are actively recruiting Therapists for a 1099 independent contractor position to serve patients across the state of Arizona. We will collaborate with the Therapist to connect them with patients in their local vicinity, and we are flexible in tailoring the caseload to their comfort level. The selected candidate must be prepared to travel to the patients' residences and deliver high-quality service. It is the responsibility of the selected candidate to arrange transportation to and from the appointments.

Qualifications

· Experience in providing patient care and home care

· Ability to manage appointments, documentation, and record-keeping

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Knowledge of developmental disabilities and interventions

· Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred

· Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist

· Article 9 training

· CPR Certified

· AHCCCS ID Current or willing to obtain one.
