    Role Description:

    A Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our Occupational Therapists in providing therapy services to pediatric clients across Arizona. As a COTA, you will assist in implementing treatment plans, maintaining patient records, managing therapy equipment, and handling administrative tasks under the guidance of licensed therapists.

    Key Details for the Chosen Candidate:

    As a licensed COTA with us, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor position. Our company serves patient care across the entirety of Arizona. We'll collaborate closely to connect you with clients in your local vicinity, ensuring you're comfortable with your caseload. Please Note: You will be driving to a clients home and providing quality service within the state of Arizona.. Plus, with opportunities for leadership development and professional growth, your journey with us is limitless! Transportation to and from appointments is the responsibility of the assistant.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in providing patient care and home care

    Ability to manage appointments, documentation, and record-keeping

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Knowledge of developmental disabilities and interventions

    Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

    Article 9 training

    CPR Certification

    Current AHCCCS ID or willingness to obtain one
