Role Description:
A Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized services to designated pediatric clients within their homes. Duties include conducting evaluations, formulating treatment plans, executing interventions, and monitoring progress towards set goals. Effective collaboration with fellow professionals, caregivers, and patients/families is paramount for seamless care coordination and the development of appropriate goals and discharge plans.

Collaborating closely with our team, we'll work together to find clients within your preferred local vicinity, ensuring that you're comfortable with your caseload. Qualifications:
Experience in patient care and home care
Proficiency in appointment management, documentation, and record-keeping
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and associated interventions
Experience in pediatric physical therapy
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Article 9 training
CPR Certification
Current AHCCCS ID or willingness to obtain one
