Responsibilities: Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations Conduct intake and needs assessment of individuals, significant others, and family members by testing, interviewing, observing, and holding discussion sessions Utilize solution-focused therapy strategies to provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge and basic skills in counseling practices and methods • Ability to plan, implement, evaluate, and report activities conducted • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and to prepare written and electronic documents • Ability to communicate orally, both in person and by telephone • NEWLY LICENSED ENCOURAGED TO APPLY • ASSOCIATES WELCOMED Compensation: $100,000 yearly DOE Licensed Associates DOE
