Responsibilities: Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members Provide crisis intervention as needed Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary • Complete assessments and evaluations appropriate to the Client’s strengths and needs Qualifications: Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $100,000 yearly DOE Licensed Associates DOE
