A fast growing CPA Firm in West Covina is looking into immediately add a few staff accountants to join our team. We provide a dynamic and fast-paced environment that delivers a broad experience to our staff. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Incorporates new entities in California as well as in other states
• Prepares Statement of Information and meeting minutes for clients
• Assists with auditing and review assignments
• Compiles and analyzes financial information
• Prepares individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns
• Prepares 1099-MISC, business licenses, and payroll returns
• Assists and performs other duties as assigned
