Xerox Corporation seeks Customer Account Representative who will visit accounts to inventory supply levels, tag new equipment, collect meter reads, etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Handle multiple tasks throughout the day, which include taking calls, working supply escalations and following up with outstanding orders • Processing supply orders over the phone • Handling supply orders that have been escalated - researching inquires and working to find a resolution • Emailing service and supply orders to respective teams • Answer Customer calls in a friendly and professional manner • Establish and maintain good relations with customer and fellow team members • Diffuse difficult customer situations • Focus on providing solutions • Some administrative responsibilities for major account reps such as create contract addendums and pickup sheets • Input information into a data base Skills: • Excellent oral & written communication skills • Detail oriented • Analytical skills • Ability to multitask effectively • Strong problem solving ability • Ability to work independently • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and proficient in Excel • Must be able to handle multiple customer situations and temperaments while performing repetitive tasks Company Description About A+ Since being founded in 2002, A+ Consulting has grown at a rapid pace.
