Amtex Auto Insurance is currently hiring Bilingual Insurance Agent for our offices in Rosenberg, Tx.
We are seeking individuals with strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
Job duties include the following:
•Greet all customers in a courteous manner
•Answer all incoming calls and questions regarding auto insurance policies
•Be able to perform marketing and attract new clients
•Have reliable transportation
•Assist customers with payments
•Prepare daily reports
•Organize and complete paperwork, maintain records and handle policy renewals daily
•Provide the best insurance quotes and have the ability to explain the coverage
•Assist with the daily cleaning of store/ break rooms and restrooms clean
Qualifications:
•Bilingual (Spanish/English)
•Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
•Computer literate
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
Education/Licensing:
•High School Diploma or GED
Insurance Sales Experience ( preferred) County Mutual, Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License ( preferred, but not required) \
