    Come join our team as a Embroidery Team Lead!

    We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Team Lead who enjoys working with a diverse and talented manufacturing team. As an Embroidery Lead, you will work side by side with your team while ensuring their success in meeting the company's goals. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. If you have at least two years of Embroidery experience, enjoy training and motivating others and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, we want to talk to you!

    Our regular schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm, Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am.

    Job duties may include:

    Troubleshoot embroidery machines and equipment; complete adjustments to embroidery set ups

    Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel

    Operate embroidery and other embellishment machines

    Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

    Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet customer expectations

    Support team members by training, motivating, and developing their skills and knowledge

    Assisting in other work areas when the workload permits or is needed

    What you will need to have:

    2+ years of experience in embroidery production setting

    Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and equipment

    Digitizing experience a plus

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience training and motivating a team is highly desired

    Able to use tablet and/or computer at a intermediate level

    Ability to read/write in English at an intermediate level; Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
