    Job Description: Program Intern (multiple locations)

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student or recent graduate to join our team as a Program Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation in a professional nonprofit setting.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Assist in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.
    2. Collaborate with team members to create detailed program plans, including objectives, timelines, and resources required.
    3. Conduct research on various program topics to support program development.
    4. Assist in organizing and coordinating events.
    5. Assist in creating program materials.
    7. Conduct outreach to potential program partners.
    8. Provide general administrative support to the program team.
    9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in program management.
    10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

    Requirements:
    1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate (within two years) in a field such as social sciences, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
    6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    7. Demonstrated interest in program management, social impact, or related areas.
    8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    9. Prior experience in event planning, data analysis, or program evaluation is a plus.
    10. Passion for making a positive difference in the community.

    Duration and Compensation:
    This is an unpaid internship, though it can be used for class credit. This internship can be part-time or full-time. Flexible scheduling available. In-person availability preferred.
