    Remote Internship - Multiple Positions Available

    Job Summary: The Fundraising Intern for School Programs will play a critical role in driving the success of engagement of partner schools to raise funds in support A Kid Again. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of fundraising, event planning, and nonprofit management.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in conducting research to identify potential partner schools and classrooms to participate in A Kid Again's Students Creating Smiles fundraising program.Contact school administrators, social workers and teachers to educate them on A Kid Again and enroll them as a Students Creating Smiles partner school
    2. Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and students to provide resources to support their fundraising efforts and encourage participation in various activities.
    3. Help manage and maintain accurate tracking of partner schools.
    4. Provide administrative support such as drafting communications, organizing documents, and mailing resources.
    5. Assist in monitoring and reporting on the progress of fundraising campaigns, utilizing fundraising software and tools.

    Stay updated with fundraising trends, best practices, and strategies to enhance the school's fundraising initiatives.

    Requirements:

    1. Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in nonprofit management, marketing, business, or a related field.
    2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    4. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    6. Knowledge of fundraising principles and strategies is a plus.
