Job Description
POSITION IS WORKING ON-SITE AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY.
GENERAL: The purpose of this job is to ensure top customers are satisfied. Responsible for handling top accounts on a day to day basis by entering orders and resolving issues. Also responsible for developing and implementing operations and policies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The primary job functions, as assigned by the supervisor, are as follows:
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related subject, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, or related experience.
SKILLS: Communication skills, data analysis skills, supervisory skills and reasoning skills.
KNOWLEDGE/TECHNOLOGY/TOOLS: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP; Call Center’s software
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: Assist with department financials as requested.
